Jahrgang 1953, verheiratet, Vater von zwei T\u00f6chtern, Laura Dittmann<\/a> und Clara Dittmann<\/a>, Opa von f\u00fcnf Enkelkindern. Nach unterschiedlichen F\u00fchrungserfahrungen im psychosozialen Bereich und Trainer in der Industrie, 1984 Gr\u00fcndung der Unternehmensberatung Psychologie f\u00fcr Organisationen<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mit Focus auf die Thematik Change Management<\/a> hat er umfangreiche Ver\u00e4nderungsprojekte in der Industrie und im Dienstleistungsbereich (u. a. Basler Versicherung, DZ-Bank, Boehringer Ingelheim, Aesculap, Stadtwerke, VW, Heraeus, Deutscher Fu\u00dfballbund) begleitet. Aus der Frage nach der Energie gro\u00dfer Gruppen in Ver\u00e4nderungsprozessen sind einige Publikationen entstanden, unter anderem Interaktive Gro\u00dfgruppen<\/a> im Springer Verlag. Er hat ein gro\u00dfes Repertoire an kreativen und ungew\u00f6hnlichen Methoden und eine spezifische Form der Dramaturgie von Workshops, congress in motion\u00ae<\/em>, mitentwickelt.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In eigener Praxis<\/a> als Psychologischer Psychotherapeut & Coach t\u00e4tig. Seine Leidenschaft gilt dem argentinischen Tango, der Improvisation und der Leichtigkeit im Tanz und Leben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
